TF High Chapter 15: Hiss Problem of mine
"No this isn't a joke!" Brandi Hound, the half dog-human hybrid, was yelling into a payphone. "How many times do I have to tell you people that we need to talk to Principle Miller about the animal transformations?!?" Brandi and her friend Peggy had recently found a link to the new outbreak of transformations, and were hoping they had enough time to stop anymore from occurring.
"No I'm not a Reporter
I'm not a student either!..Look just get Principle Miller on the phone!.." There was a moment of silence then a click followed by a disconnection tone. "DAMN IT!" Brandi yelled as she turned to Peggy. "They won't let us in unless we're students, and they won't let us talk to anyone because they think we're reporters." "We'll have to keep trying." Peggy said as she worked on her laptop. "If we can't get them to listen we could be facing another pandemic."
Meanwhile at Travis Fortmasion High School, a red faced Steve Wissler is currently having large porcupine quills, provided by the Latest transformee Penny Pines, removed. "This is what your get for running your mouth Steve." Holly, the school's nurse, said as she began to pull out the remaining quills. Nobody in the school cared much for Steve, being related to the man who single handedly is responsible for "ruining people's lives" would do that. "It's just not fair!" Steve thought. "They treat me like a common criminal; I didn't even know Uncle Arnold that well. OUCH!"
"Sorry did that hurt?" Nurse Holly asked with a hint of sarcasm. "Well that was the last of them." She said after taking a sip of her special blended herbal tea. "How can you drink that stuff?" Steve asked as he stood up. "It's an old family recipe," Nurse Holly replied, "I've drank it since I was little." "It smells bad enough to be made out of her old family." Steve thought. "You're free to go Mr. Wissler."
It wasn't that Steve had done anything wrong, quit the opposite, he was a good student, tired to make friends, and even donated a large portion of the money his uncle had left him to the school. But that all seemed little more than an attempt to buy off everyone; at least, that is what the other students thought. In reality Steve really cared for Travis Fortmasion, despite everything he would have rather taken the insults and occasional injuries from his classmates then see anything bad happen to them.
"Just my luck uncle Arnold started all this." Steve thought to himself as he walked down the hallway, still swore from the punctured areas of skin where the quills were removed. "Even after all I've tried to do everyone still sees me as a villain's assistant, nothing more than a snake in the grass." As Steve continued to walk down the hall he failed to realize that his hair had begun to fall out.
His mass stayed roughly the same; although the changes began to give his body a thinner look. "At least the pain isn't as bad now." Steve said as the pain in his backside faded, but was soon replaced with a strange pressure, which finally caught Steve's attention. As he stopped to look back he caught a glance of a large lump coming from his pant's bottom; but before he could even consider what was happening the appearance of dark-skin colored scales on his arm caused him to leap back.
His body had begun to change more rapidly now. His hair had come out completely, and his face was becoming more reptilian each second. "O Man I Got to Get to the NurSsSssse" Steve hissed with his new forked tongue as he turned and started running back down the hallway. His now scaly body stretched into a more snake-like one, and his legs and feet began to shrink from under him as they merged with his new snake tail. "Crap I'm Ganna Fall!" Steve said right before hitting the ground.
His face had now become much more snake-like, including his eyes and a pair of fangs. "ThiSssSss isss really bad
" Steve hissed as he raised himself up with his new muscular body, "At least I still have my ArmSsss." He hissed to himself. He was about to get going again when he finally noticed that he was surrounded by other students, as well as couch Grey.
"Well, Well would you look here?" one of the students began, "if it isn't the snake in the grass himself? Quite a fitting transformation huh?", "Not so fun being the lab animal is it?" jeered another. They all began to tease him. "It'sSSSss not funny" Steve tired to say as calmly as possible. "What's that Wissler? You got a leak?" Everyone laughed, everyone except Couch Grey, "Alright, Alright thats enough. Break it up already!" he said as he pushed his way through to the now Naga-like Steve. "You okay Wissler?" he asked.
Steve couldn't talk, he tired too, but he couldn't, he was too alone, so friendless he had to have the High School couch stand up for him. He couldn't answer instead he just nodded, "I think I sSSshould go sssSee the nurse Ssssir." He said as his slithered by. He had become what the other students had seen him being, as he slinked of they could hear the "Hissisissississ" he made, though no one could deside if he was laughing, or crying. As for Steve, the only thing left to do was to hope no one turned into a mongoose and tired to eat him.
